Welcome to Reignite NZ. By accessing our website and purchasing our books, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Pricing, GST, and Additional Costs

• All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• No GST: As a small business operating under the New Zealand GST registration threshold, we are not registered for GST. Therefore, no GST is charged or included in the price of our books.
• No Hidden Fees: The only additional cost applied to your order will be Postage and Packaging (P&P) within New Zealand, which is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, but the price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.

2. Payments via Direct Bank Deposit

• We do not accept credit cards. All payments must be made via Direct Bank Account Deposit.
• Upon completing checkout, you will be provided with our New Zealand bank account details and an Order Number.
• Important: Please use your Order Number as the reference when making your bank transfer.
• Your order will not be dispatched until the full payment has cleared into our bank account. Depending on your bank, this can take 1-2 business days. If payment is not received within 7 working days, your order may be cancelled.

3. New Zealand Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986. You are entitled to guarantees that the books will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch physical books within 2-3 working days after your bank deposit has cleared.
• Delivery times are estimates and rely on New Zealand postal/courier services.
• Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

If a book arrives damaged or is faulty under the CGA, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Any refunds issued will be paid directly back into a nominated New Zealand bank account provided by you. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including book texts, excerpts, imagery, and website copy ("Transform your mindset. Overcome challenges."), is the property of Reignite NZ or our authors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
